AI Support Assistant

I designed an in product AI support assistant that helps users complete different inquiries and service requests through a guided chat experience. The goal was to reduce friction by keeping help inside the product, so users can get answers, clarify what they need, and move forward without switching tabs or searching documentation.

The experience supports both text and optional voice input, combining conversational interaction with UI guidance (suggested prompts, structured responses, and next-step actions). I focused on clarity, trust, and speed across key scenarios, including empty states, follow-up questions, and error/edge cases. The final deliverable was a high-fidelity, build-ready prototype designed for smooth product + engineering handoff.
